Since our founding in 2011, our Crisis Response Division has focused on integrating victim services into emergency management plans. Our team has trained communities nationwide to prepare for and respond to mass casualty criminal incidents, while also providing direct support to impacted areas and assessing their future needs. We work closely with stakeholders, facilitate community meetings, staff family assistance centers, and secure funding to address community recovery efforts.

The Training Division of CTG conducts both virtual and on-site training sessions, while our Grant Development Division is dedicated to grant writing, management, and financial supervision.
